If camping gear such as tents, mattresses, chairs, and tables is required, the cost will increase. For vehicles with roof tents, the price is US $220 per vehicle per day. How to Pay Park entrance fee on Self Drive Safari
Visitors can pay park fee at the park entrance gate by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) to all national parks. However if you prefer, Wilds of Africa to assist you, we can just do it based on your self drive itinerary. You can then transfer the money to us and we will make the payments on your behalf. We will also provide you with the reservation numbers for each specific park, which you will use at the entrance gate.
For the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is a bit different as they don’t allow payment by credit card at the gate. For that case you will have to require the entrance quote which we can arrange it for you and give it you upon your arrival. But if you have sufficient time you can inquire the quote on your own at the Ngorongoro Conservation Authority in Arusha or Karatu. Their offices are open from Monday to Friday with exception of the public holidays.
