Gorilla tracking Uganda at Bwindi National Park to see several families of the endangered and huge primates in their natural environment. The Bwindi National Park located southwestern Uganda on the edge of the Rift Valley is estimated to have about 320 mountain gorillas. Watching these creatures is so amazing and it will leave you with a lifetime memory.
Gorilla Tracking Uganda Tour Program
Day 1: Arrival –Transfer to your hotel
Our representative will meet you at Entebbe international airport and transfer you to your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe for overnight
Day 2: Kampala-Bwindi (9Hrs)
Start the gorilla tracking tour in the early morning by leaving Kampala to southwest across the Equator. Drive through savannah grasslands, villages to the beautiful scenery of Kigezi highlands to Bwindi National Park. Arrive Bwindi in the late evening check in dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Gorilla Tracking /trekking at Bwindi
Breakfast in the hotel followed by gorilla tracking through thick forest escorted by the ranger. The forest is the paradise for the mountain gorilla and other primates. The ranger help you to locate some gorilla families. Afternoon back to the hotel for hot lunch and short rest. In the evening, your guide will take you for a short cultural tour to Batwa community which is the indigenous people of the area Dinner and Overnight at the hotel
Day 4: Bwindi- Kampala (9Hrs)
Today we end up our gorilla tracking tour by transfer back to Kampala with picnic lunch en-route. At Kampala the guide will take you on a shopping but that will highly depends with the schedule of departing flight.
