Katavi Tanzania Safari to one the the African untouched and remote park in the western Tanzania near lake great Tanganyika. Being isolated from the human civilization katavi national park is among the few remaining paradise for the wild animals.

Detail Katavi Tanzania Safari Program
Day 1: Arrive Katavi National Park
Pick up from your hotel in Kigoma for your Katavi adventure safari the journey of 10 hours to Katavi with a short lunch stop in Tabora. After lunch proceed with the journey where you will arrive in the evening at Katavi. Dinner and overnight in the Lodge.
Day 2: Game Drive in Katavi
Breakfast, then spend the morning hours at leisure in the lodge. With the help of your guide you can go for short walks in the surrounding village. In the afternoon drive into the park for game viewing. Katavi national park is the most unspoiled park in Tanzania with significant number of African plain animals. On the game drive you can easily spot the pride of lions, large herds of buffaloes and elephants among other animals. Evening drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3 – 4: Full Day Safari in Katavi
Spend these two day conducting game drive in the park exploring various game strategic areas. Your guide will assist you to spot different species of animal include the rare seen roan and sable antelopes. Lunch, dinner and overnight at the Lodge.
Day 5: Leave Katavi
Today we will transfer you to Mpanda airstrip for your onward flight to other destinations or to Tabora where you will take a flight.
NB: The journey from Katavi to Tabora is 6 – 7 hours.
